CARBINE SHOOT
A group of like minded people gathered to share their knowledge of modern platforms of defense. It evolved into an organized shoot to continue this and involve others.
What makes it different from other organized group shoots is the sharing of knowledge, skills, drills, thoughts and the lack of scoring. Each participant takes their own score and evaluates themselves, creating a more relaxed atmosphere. We are able to gain experience not only in safe gun handling but maintenance, equipment, and ideas that would normally not be easily obtained. The shoot slowly evolves as participants' skill sets grow, coupled with members who are closer to the industry than most will ever be.
Black Swamp Carbine also plans to expand into other functions. Some of the other topics we would discuss in our group meetings include firearms details, review of items, the outdoors, vehicles, and hobbies other than shooting.

The shoots will be the first Sunday of each Month. Set up at 11am, new shooters at 11:30, start time Noon. Donation amount is set at $15.
Minimum Equipment:
Eye and ear protection
Modern box magazine fed carbine / rifle of intermediate caliber (AR-15, AK-47, etc)
Sling for the carbine / rifle Pistol
At least three Magazines Modern firearm of 9mm to .45 caliber
Magazine pouch 300 rounds of ammunition
